Welcome to Get Your Fixx™ Coffee & Tea. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://getyourfixx.com/ (the “Site”), our subscription services, and the purchase of our specialty coffee and tea. We source and sell specialty coffee and tea for everyday enjoyment and for offices, cafes and events (collectively, the “Services”).
0. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You also agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the Services, including laws governing marketing communications, endorsements, and labeling.
1. Eligibility
Get Your Fixx™ Coffee & Tea sources and sells specialty coffee and tea for everyday enjoyment and for offices, cafes and events. Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
1.1 Artisan and Production Descriptions
We describe our teas — including hand-picked Jasmine and stone-milled Matcha — and our coffees in terms of their production attributes and sourcing, such as manual harvesting, traditional milling, small-batch roasting, and craft processing. Terms like “artisan,” “hand-picked,” “stone-milled,” and “small-batch” describe production methods, not outcomes of any kind. No health, wellness, energy, focus, performance, immunity, or detox claim is made about any product on the Site.
If supply chain conditions require us to substitute a lot, producer, or processing method, we may update product descriptions to remain accurate. Product images and descriptors are illustrative and may vary by harvest or lot without affecting the product or its intended use.
2. Accounts and Security
To access certain features, including corporate procurement and subscription management, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Get Your Fixx™ reserves the right to terminate accounts that demonstrate fraudulent activity or fail to uphold our community standards.
3. Products, Pricing, and Subscriptions
3.1 Product Availability
We source distinctive beans and teas from trusted producers. Due to the seasonal and artisanal nature of our inventory, availability is subject to change without notice.
3.2 Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change. We do not offer price matching against mass-market retailers.
3.3 Subscription Services
By enrolling in a Get Your Fixx™ subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency you select. Recurring charges continue at the selected frequency until your subscription is cancelled. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal; cancellation is effective before your next billing date, so long as it is completed before that billing date is processed. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges that have already been processed. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
4. Corporate and Institutional Provisions (B2B)
For entities using our corporate inquiry forms or B2B offerings:
1. Onboarding: Corporate partners may be asked to complete an initial review so that product integration meets our standards.
1. Resale: Unless explicitly authorized via a separate written Wholesale Agreement, products purchased on this Site are for internal consumption or hospitality use only and may not be resold in a retail capacity.
1. Offerings: Our business offerings may include curated coffee and tea programs, corporate provisioning, hospitality integrations, subscription services, and curated product bundles and experience boxes.
1. SMS compliance: Where a corporate or retail form includes an SMS consent checkbox, that consent is optional, separate, and never a condition of submission. Section 5 governs SMS messaging.
Where a partner company has approved an advance payment structure, partners pay in advance for products; payment terms are set out in the applicable written agreement.
4.1 B2B and Corporate Services (Institutional Accounts)
The following terms apply to corporate, workplace, hospitality, and institutional accounts (collectively, “Institutional Accounts”):
1. Authorized Representative: You represent and warrant that the person submitting an inquiry, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise engaging us on behalf of an entity is an authorized representative with authority to bind the entity.
1. Use Case: Products and Services for Institutional Accounts are intended for internal workplace consumption, employee programs, client hospitality, or similar institutional use, unless a separate written agreement (for example a Wholesale Agreement) expressly authorizes resale.
1. Procurement and Administrative Contacts: You agree to provide accurate procurement and administrative contact information and to keep it current for billing, delivery scheduling, program updates, and service communications.
1. Program Guidance: Where an Institutional Account requests product standards, brewing procedures, or workplace beverage recommendations, any guidance we provide is operational and educational in nature. It is not medical or safety compliance advice, and you are responsible for your own workplace policies, compliance, and implementation.
1. Additional Terms May Apply: Certain Institutional Accounts may be required to execute additional written terms (for example a wholesale agreement, subscription addendum, or SMS compliance agreement), which will control in the event of conflict with these Terms.
4.2 No Earnings or Profitability Guarantee
Get Your Fixx™ Coffee & Tea makes no promise, projection, or guarantee of earnings, margin, sales results, profitability, or business performance in connection with any partner program, wholesale arrangement, or product offering. Actual results vary and depend on each partner's individual business execution, location, local market conditions, pricing strategy, operating expenses, staffing, and sales volume. You are solely responsible for evaluating the economics of your own business and for all decisions related to pricing, promotion, resale where authorized, and operations.
Partners pay in advance for products, and no commission is paid to any partner unless a commission is agreed in writing in a separate signed agreement.
5. SMS / MMS Mobile Messaging Program
Where we offer text message marketing, the following terms apply:
1. Consent: Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Consent is given only through a separate, unchecked checkbox on our forms, which you choose to select.
1. Scope: Consent may include marketing messages, promotional offers, product releases, and service updates. Transactional and administrative messages (for example order and account messages) may be sent separately where permitted by law.
1. Opt-Out and Help: Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Opt-out requests may take a reasonable period to process.
1. Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
1. Eligibility: You must be the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you provide and have authority to consent.
1. Recordkeeping: We retain records of your consent, including the timestamp, the form on which consent was given, and the consent language presented at the time of opt-in, to demonstrate compliance. See our Privacy Policy for how long these records are kept.
6. Intellectual Property
The “Get Your Fixx™” name, logos, the “Built for the Grind” slogan, and all site content are the exclusive property of Get Your Fixx™ Coffee & Tea. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material for commercial purposes is prohibited, and we will take action to protect our brand.
7. Product Information, Safety, and Limitation of Liability
Get Your Fixx™ Coffee & Tea sells specialty coffee and tea products, including whole-bean and ground coffees, loose-leaf teas, and related merchandise. Product descriptions, ingredient information, and brewing guidance on the Site are provided for general information only, and nothing on the Site is medical advice.
Coffee and tea contain caffeine, and individual sensitivities vary. If you have a caffeine sensitivity, a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have questions about whether a product is right for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRODUCT OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
9. Shipping and Delivery (Continental United States Only)
We ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally.
Our coffee and tea are roasted in the US and shipped only within the continental United States. Orders submitted with shipping addresses outside the continental United States may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. Roasted to Demand. Shipped anywhere in the US (currently not including Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico). See our Shipping Policy for details on order handling and transit times.
9. Product Descriptions and Claims
We describe our products by flavor, origin, roast, sourcing, and experience. We make no health, wellness, energy, focus, performance, immunity, or detox claim about any product, and nothing on the Site should be read as one. We also make no claim that any product is organic, non-GMO, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance certified, gluten-free, mold-free, mycotoxin-free, pesticide-free, or allergen-free.
We do not state or imply that any product contains or does not contain pistachio or other nuts. Where pistachio appears in our content, it is described only as a dessert pairing, and it is never presented as an ingredient of our coffee.
9.1 Heritage Coffee
“Heritage coffee” is used only as a descriptive phrase, in lowercase, and does not carry a trademark symbol. It is not a brand, service name, or mark of the Company.
10. Fixx Station Event Service
Fixx Station — Luxury Mobile Coffee Cart for Events, with a Barista Making Every Cup to Order — is a service performed at events by our own staff. The Company retains possession and control of all equipment at all times; nothing is left on site after the event. The service operates within the Greater Houston area only, and the planned launch is January 2027.
Inquiries are made through the inquiry form on the Fixx Station page. We do not state prices, guest-capacity promises, cup counts, serving-speed guarantees, or time guarantees in our marketing, and we do not use urgency or scarcity language. Confirmed event service is governed by the separate written Event Service Agreement provided with your proposal.
11. Equipment References
Where a third-party equipment brand is named on the Site, the word mark appears in plain text only, and a non-affiliation disclaimer appears in the same visual block. The equipment we use is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party brand named on the Site. We do not describe our equipment as commercial or professional-grade.

Appendix A: Tea Sourcing and Artisan Production Standards
This Appendix governs the sourcing, description, and presentation of tea products offered on the Site. It addresses how our teas are produced and described. It does not make, and must not be read to make, any health, wellness, energy, focus, performance, immunity, or detox claim of any kind about any tea.
A.1 Artisan Production Definitions
Products described as “artisan” or “small-batch” (including but not limited to Jasmine Green Tea and Matcha) involve manual labor or traditional processing techniques, such as hand-picking or stone-milling. These designations describe the production method. We comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection law in how our products are described.
If supply chain conditions change, we may update product descriptions so that they remain accurate for the lot and producer actually offered.
A.2 Tea Sourcing and Production
Our tea lineup includes teas produced from the tea plant (such as green, black, white, and oolong teas) as well as botanical infusions (such as Rooibos, Hibiscus, and other herbal blends). Botanical infusions are premium offerings in their own right and are described by their ingredients, origin where accurate, aroma, and flavor. Product pages and marketing content describe teas by their craft, character, and flavor, never by any effect on the body or mind.
No health, wellness, energy, focus, performance, immunity, or detox claim is made about any product on the Site. We comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection law in how our products are described.
A.3 Fulfillment by Manufacturing Partners
Certain products are fulfilled by our manufacturing partners. We publish ingredient and allergen information only where it has been confirmed by the manufacturer for the applicable product.
We do not state or imply that any product carries organic, non-GMO, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, gluten-free, allergen-free, mold-free, mycotoxin-free, or pesticide-free status.
