All prices in USD. Guest capacity increases in blocks of 25, to a maximum of 200. Every tier starts with 2 service hours, regardless of guest capacity. Optional additional service hours are charged at your tier’s rate, up to a maximum of 5 hours. Guest supplements are charged separately. Setup and breakdown are separate from your service window. Taxes, parking, venue charges, specialized power or additional equipment, if required, are quoted separately before booking. Staffing, beverage quantities and venue requirements are confirmed in your proposal.

Quantities refer to printed pieces, not guest capacity. Artwork, material compatibility and production lead time are confirmed before ordering. Confirmed service is governed by our written event service agreement, provided with your proposal. We discuss availability, the menu, service time, staffing, access and power. You receive the complete scope and price before committing.
Our team sets up the agreed service, prepares drinks and will handle breakdown from our planned January 2027 launch. Your guests will have a welcoming place to taste, discover and connect.
We’re David and Ivy, the husband-and-wife co-founders behind Get Your Fixx™ Coffee & Tea in Spring, Texas. David is Greek and Ivy is Pakistani. Our backgrounds shape the hospitality behind our brand, and Fixx Station will bring our coffee collection into the gatherings you care about when we launch in January 2027.

We welcome inquiries for 2027 events; service dates and launch availability are confirmed individually. Share your venue or city so we can review the location and event logistics.
Each tier includes a staffed coffee cart, 2 hours of service for up to 50 guests, three coffee bean selections, espresso drinks, drip coffee, standard service supplies, setup and breakdown. Essential and Signature include our curated coffee menu. Signature adds your choice of Turkish Sand Coffee OR Greek Briki Coffee. Bespoke includes that choice, host-selected bean options and tailored menu planning. This setup serves coffee only. Your proposal confirms the menu, staffing and beverage quantities.
Guests are added in blocks of 25, up to 200 total. Every tier starts with 2 service hours at every guest capacity. You can select 2, 3, 4 or 5 hours; increasing guest capacity does not increase your hours. Each extra guest block and each hour beyond the first two is charged at your tier’s displayed rate. For example, Signature for up to 100 guests over 3 hours is $1,150 + (2 × $175) + $225 = $1,725 with the included curated menu, before separately quoted costs. A concentrated rush may require a different service plan.
Essential and Signature include our curated coffee menu. Menu changes are available through our $150-per-event personalization add-on, covering one personalized menu and one revision before approval. Bespoke includes tailored menu planning. Specialty ingredients, new recipe development, extra equipment or further changes after approval are quoted separately. In Bespoke, the event host or organizer can choose three beans from our available collection or use our curated choices. Bean availability and preparation lead time are confirmed before booking. Yes. Planned launch enhancements include Nitro Coffee and branded cups, napkins, sleeves and printed menus. Choose a company logo, wedding monogram and date, or event name and year. Starting prices cover one supplied identity and one proof revision; creating a new logo or monogram is separately quoted. Custom front banners for branded event carts are in development, with timing and pricing to be announced.
We confirm access, loading arrangements, cart placement, power and service timing with your venue. Greek and Turkish preparations also need an agreed safe service position. Service is performed by our own team. Get Your Fixx retains possession and control of all equipment at all times; nothing is left on site after breakdown. Include any certificate-of-insurance requirements or venue restrictions in your inquiry so they can be reviewed before booking.
We welcome inquiries for recurring Greater Houston events and coffee programs. Tell us your location, approximate guest count and preferred weekly, monthly or quarterly cadence. Availability and the program’s scope are discussed in a tailored proposal.
