Starting prices in USD. Standard planning covers 2–5 service hours and up to 200 guests in 25-guest increments. Additional guests, hours, taxes, production and venue charges may apply. Bean-menu personalization is $160 for Essential or Signature; printed branding is separate. A written proposal and signed agreement confirm your event.

Fixx Station began with a question. While introducing our coffee experiences to venues and hotels, we were asked whether we could bring the coffee service inside and prepare it for their guests.
That conversation helped shape our cart service: our coffee selections, Greek and Turkish preparations, and hospitality that feels personal to the gathering.

Coffee during the wedding morning, after dinner or alongside dessert serves a different purpose. Share your timeline so the proposal centers on a clear moment.
Tell us whether guests will move between a ceremony, reception room and patio. Cart access and power need to be reviewed for the actual serving location, not simply the venue entrance.
Start with the occasion’s curated coffee menu. If you want different beans or printed branding, discuss those separately so included items and added costs stay clear.
Before we gather
Fixx Station provides staffed coffee cart catering in Katy, Texas, for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. Standard tiers focus on three coffee selections, espresso drinks and drip coffee, while Greek briki or Turkish sand coffee can add a distinct heritage experience.
Coffee can be planned for guest arrivals, dessert or another agreed point in the reception. Share the dinner and dessert schedule, guest count and service location. We confirm an appropriate service window in the proposal rather than assuming every wedding follows the same timeline.
The Essential Fixx starts at $899 for two service hours and up to 50 guests. Signature starts at $1,199 and Bespoke at $1,550 for the same starting duration and guest count. Additional guests, hours, selected options, taxes and venue or production charges may apply. Your written proposal confirms the total.
Fixx Station is available for Greater Houston events from November 2026, including Katy. Service dates and final scope are confirmed individually. An inquiry starts a conversation and does not reserve a date.
Indoor service is central to the Fixx Station idea. We review access, loading, power, placement and the venue’s outside-vendor requirements before confirming your setup. The main coffee cart and heritage cart are separate units.
Essential and Signature include curated menus; bean-menu personalization is an optional $160 per event. Bespoke includes tailored coffee-menu planning. Printed branded menus are a separate production option, from $160 for ten cards. Private Reserve starts with a consultation for a more extensively tailored beverage program.
The standard cart tiers focus on coffee. Tea and matcha may be considered through a Private Reserve proposal. Nitro is an optional, separately quoted addition. Your written proposal confirms the agreed beverages and quantities.
Yes. Ask about standalone Greek briki, Turkish sand coffee, or both. These are separately priced experiences with their own scope; they do not include the full espresso and drip service.
