Shipping & Logistics Protocol: Infrastructure Deployment

1. Deployment Timeline (Roast-to-Ship)
To ensure peak operational performance of our coffee and tea assets, orders are deployed directly from our roasting and packing facility. Orders typically ship the same day they are roasted and packed. Standard transit time for domestic deployment is 3-4 business days.
2. Carrier Infrastructure
We utilize a multi-channel logistics network including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Get Your Fixx™ reserves the right to select the optimal carrier for your specific "Satellite" location to ensure efficiency and reliability.
3. Liability & Asset Protection
Ownership and liability for the product transfer to the customer once the package departs our distribution facility. While we are not liable for carrier-related delays or logistical failures, we provide the following safeguards:
- Damage Protection: If an asset is compromised during transit, please notify us within 48 hours. Replacement protocols will be initiated upon verification of the damage.
- Non-Delivery Claims: Claims for non-delivery will be honored only if the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) does not provide a "Delivered" status. Once an asset is marked "Delivered," it is considered fully deployed to your infrastructure.
4. Final Sale & Quality Control
Due to the specialty nature of our coffee and tea products and strict "Infrastructure of Excellence" quality controls, all sales of consumable goods are final. We do not accept returns for coffee or tea to maintain the integrity and sanitation of our supply chain.
5. Sustainability Packaging
Our logistics utilize curbside recyclable mailers and boxes whenever possible, ensuring your operational growth remains environmentally sustainable.
