Our Papua New Guinea single-origin coffee is a medium roast from Ulya in Jiwaka Province, naturally processed and sun dried. Blueberry, plum, spiced apple cider, rose, nutmeg and chocolate tasting notes create a layered profile spanning fruit, flowers and spice.
