FIXX STATION for Greater Houston Venues: A Premium Mobile Coffee Experience

Fixx Station – Luxury Mobile Coffee Cart for Events, with a Barista Making Every Cup to Order. Planned for corporate gatherings, weddings, private celebrations and venue occasions, our black-and-gold presentation brings the preparation of coffee into the guest experience.

Choose the coffee experience for your occasion

Every tier includes espresso drinks and drip coffee, with three coffee bean selections. Signature and Bespoke include your choice of Turkish Sand Coffee or Greek Briki Coffee. This is a coffee-only setup.

Plan your service

Every tier starts at two hours for up to 50 guests. Choose additional guests in blocks of 25, up to 200 guests. Guest capacity does not change the included two hours. Additional service hours are optional, up to a maximum of five hours.

• Essential: $850; each additional hour $175; each additional 25 guests $125.
• Signature: $1,150; each additional hour $225; each additional 25 guests $175.
• Bespoke: $1,450; each additional hour $275; each additional 25 guests $225.

Essential and Signature include curated menus. Optional menu personalization is $150 per event, including one menu and one revision before approval. Bespoke includes a tailored menu.

Make the details yours

Optional enhancements include Nitro Coffee, branded cups, napkins, sleeves and printed menus. Cups and sleeves use UV DTF stickers. Artwork can feature a company logo, a wedding monogram and date, or an event name and year. Branded event carts are coming soon; timing and pricing will be announced separately.

Priority access for Greater Houston venues

Priority access is limited and selective. We review every submission and personally contact the venues we select.

Use Contact Us and select “Priority access to Get Your Fixx Station.” Include your venue, the occasions you host and any known service date and start time.

Estimated pricing excludes applicable taxes and any separately quoted service fees. Your final proposal will itemize all charges before booking. Availability, staffing and the service plan are confirmed in your proposal.
