Don’t Cheat Yourself!

Ever have that workdout where you convince yourself to cheat on a set, a rep.. basically to mentally feel better. But you know, as time goes on, those “cheats” continue to maximize. It gets to a point that you start half assin your workouts, the way your eat. They you wonder why you aren’t strong enough, can’t lose weight, etc. Next time you’re working out by yourself and you want to cut your workouts short, ask yourself what you would do if you had a trainer pushing you
