If your leg muscles strain due to lack of endurance levels, you will not be able to give your full potential while playing in the game and will get exhausted very early. Physical Exercises that will help to improve your muscular endurance include squats. Squat 50-100 times daily and this will help your endurance levels increase significantly in a few weeks time. Also, if you find this a bit difficult, then there are several options of leg exercises available at gyms which are dedicated to improving your muscular strength.
Most people make the dangerous mistake of making attempts to increase their endurance to significant levels within a very short period of time. Instances of endurance increases overnight are very rare, but there are certain exercises available that help to increase your endurance with relatively less effort. For example, if you start cycling, continue to increase the cycling distance within every few days together with the duration. For example, start off with 15 minutes daily. After 3 days, increase it to 18 minutes, and after you have achieved the 18 minute mark without tiring out too much, you can increase it by another 3 minutes and so on. While this may take some time, but patience is the key everywhere.
Through these methods, you will be able to increase your endurance levels without tiring out too much and putting a lot of stress on your muscles.
